Insurance

Hok Therapy is out-of-network with insurance and can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company. Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your mental health benefits, deductible, reimbursement rate, and any requirements for out-of-network care.

Private Pay

Choosing private-pay therapy can provide greater flexibility and privacy and may allow you to work with a therapist who is the right fit for you regardless of your insurance network.

If cost is a concern, please ask about available options during your consultation.

Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance may be entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled services. Additional information will be provided before services begin.

The Journey to Healing

Starting therapy doesn't have to feel overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, academic pressure, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we'll take the process one step at a time.

1

Schedule a Free Consultation

Starting the conversation is often the hardest part. A brief consultation lets us talk about what you're looking for, answer your questions, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you.

2

Your First Session

Your first session is a chance to talk about what's been going on and what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, your experiences, and what you'd like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

3

Collaborative Goal Setting

Therapy works best when we're working toward goals that matter to you. Together, we'll identify what you want to change and develop a treatment approach that fits your needs, strengths, and life stage.

4

Ongoing Sessions

Through ongoing therapy, we'll work together to better understand patterns, build effective coping skills, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. As your needs evolve, your treatment can evolve with you.
