Therapy is where you get to pause, reflect, and grow. It’s not just about “talking through problems”—it’s about creating space for healing, self-trust, and lasting change. My goal is to make sure you know what to expect when it comes to cost, insurance, and how this process works, so you can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Investing in yourSELF
I know starting therapy is a big step—emotionally and financially. My goal is to make the process as transparent and supportive as possible, so you can focus on what really matters: your healing

Schedule a Free Consultation
Click the “Book Now” button or send me a quick message to set up a no‑pressure, 15‑minute video or phone call. We’ll chat about what’s on your mind, what you hope to gain from therapy, and make sure we’re the right fit.
2
First Session
Our first 60‑minute meeting is all about you. We’ll slow things down, unpack what’s bringing you here, and start to map out the themes we’ll explore together. You’ll leave feeling heard and with a clearer picture of what therapy can look like for you.
3
collaborative goal setting
Together we’ll identify the changes you want to see—whether that’s easing anxiety, healing past trauma, setting healthier boundaries, or simply feeling more like yourself. We’ll turn those hopes into concrete, doable goals that guide our work.
4
Ongoing Sessions
In weekly (or biweekly) 50‑minute sessions, we’ll dig into the patterns holding you back, practice new tools, and celebrate the wins—big and small. Therapy ends when you feel grounded, confident, and ready to keep growing on your own. Until then, I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
Frequently Asked Questions

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed therapy for healing trauma, anxiety, and painful past experiences. It helps your brain reprocess memories that are “stuck” so they stop feeling so overwhelming or present-day. You don’t need to retell your entire trauma history for EMDR to work—and many clients find relief more quickly than with traditional talk therapy alone. If you’ve experienced trauma (big or small), EMDR can be a way to finally feel less reactive and more at peace in your body and mind.
